Baking isn't just what I do; it’s who I am. As a third-generation baker from Eastern Europe, my earliest memories are defined by the warm aroma of flour and yeast in my family’s kitchen. I grew up  baking and watching how a simple loaf of bread could bring an entire community together. Today, I bring those time-honored European traditions to the Pacific Northwest. At Bread & Cake Bakery, we honor the slow, patient art of baking. Each loaf of our sourdough and every hand-crafted pastry is a tribute to my heritage—made with the same love and dedication passed down through my family for decades. We don’t take shortcuts; we let time and tradition do the work.
